Task Management
Tasks are TAMSIV's central tool for turning your ideas into concrete actions. Whether it's a simple reminder or a complex project with a checklist, you have everything you need to stay organized.
Create a task
Tap the + button from any binder, or use the voice recorder to create a task by voice. Each task has a title, rich content (formatting, lists, code), and many options.
Available fields
- Title and rich content (bold, italic, lists, code blocks)
- Priority: Low, Normal, High, or Critical
- Start date and due date (with all-day option)
- Unlimited tags to categorize your tasks
- Custom color to spot your tasks at a glance
- Assignment to one or more members of your group
Smart Reminders
Set up one or more reminders per task. You can define an offset before the due date (30 min before, 1h before, the day before...) or a fixed time. Reminders can also be recurring. AI can create them automatically when you dictate your task.
Recurring Tasks
Need a task that comes back every week or month? Activate recurrence and set an optional end date. The task automatically regenerates after each completion.
Collaborative Checklists
Add a checklist to your task to break down the work into steps. In collaborative mode, each member can check off their own items. The "Everyone" validation mode requires every member to validate before the item is considered complete.
Attachments
Add photos, videos, and documents to your tasks. Files are securely stored and accessible by all group members if the task is shared.
Limits per plan — Free: 20 MB photos / 50 MB videos / 25 MB documents. Pro: 50 / 150 / 50 MB. Team: 100 / 300 / 100 MB.
Validation Mode
Choose who can mark the task as complete. In "Simple" mode, any member can validate. In "Everyone" mode, each assigned member must individually confirm completion.
Automatic AI Image
If no attachment is provided, TAMSIV can automatically generate an illustrative image using AI. Monthly quotas: 20 images (Free), 75 (Pro), 150 (Team).
Tip: You can create a task by voice and then enrich it manually with attachments, a checklist, or assignments.
