2.3 Marketing cookies (optional)

4. Mobile application

The TAMSIV mobile application does not use cookies. However, the Firebase Analytics SDK is integrated to collect anonymized usage events (pages visited, main actions) to improve the Service.

This data is processed based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f of the RGPD) and is retained for 14 months.

5. Legal basis

The use of cookies is governed by:

  • The ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) transposed into national law
  • The RGPD (EU Regulation 2016/679) for the processing of personal data
  • The guidelines of the CNIL (France) and the BfDI (Germany) on cookies and trackers
