Account and Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your TAMSIV account and all associated personal data at any time. Two methods are available: directly from the app or via email.
1. Delete your account from the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the TAMSIV app:
- Open the TAMSIV app and go to the Profile tab
- Navigate to the My Profile section
- Scroll down until you find the Delete my account option
- Tap on Delete my account
- Confirm the deletion by following the on-screen instructions
Warning: Account deletion is irreversible. All your tasks, memos, events, files, and profile data will be permanently deleted.
2. Delete your account via email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion via email. Send us a message including:
- Subject: “Account Deletion Request”
- The email address associated with your TAMSIV account
- Your username (if you know it)

We will process your request within a maximum of 30 days in accordance with the GDPR. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
3. Deleted Data
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently erased:

4. Data retained after deletion
In accordance with our legal obligations, certain data may be temporarily retained:
- Billing data: Information related to subscription transactions is retained according to Google Play / App Store policies (accounting and tax obligations)
- Anonymized analytical data: Aggregated and anonymized usage statistics (not linked to your identity) may be retained for service improvement purposes
