Everything you need to know to get the most out of TAMSIV
The voice recorder is the heart of TAMSIV. Tap the microphone, speak as you would to a personal assistant, and the AI handles the rest: it understands your intent, structures the information, and automatically creates your tasks, memos, or events.
How it works
Tap the microphone
On the Voice Recorder tab, tap the central microphone button. Recording starts immediately.
Speak naturally
Formulate your request as you would verbally. No need for keywords or specific syntax — the AI understands natural language in 6 languages.
AI analyzes and creates
The assistant identifies the content type (task, memo, or event), extracts dates, times, reminders, and priorities, then generates a preview.
Validate or adjust
Review the AI's proposed creation. You can validate it directly, modify it, or cancel it. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
Voice command examples
Create a task for the day after tomorrow at 4 PM, I have a dentist appointment
"Add a task for next Monday from 4 PM to 5 PM, go to the garage to change the tires
"Set a reminder for January 20th at 10 AM, team meeting, with a reminder the day before and 30 minutes prior
"Note a memo with my ideas for the marketing project, we could partner with the local agency
"Create an event next Tuesday from 2 PM to 4 PM, team meeting at the office
"Text-to-Speech (TTS)
The AI responds to you aloud. You can choose from 9 different voices (Nova, Shimmer, Alloy, Coral, Sage, Echo, Fable, Onyx, Ash) and listen to a preview before selecting your favorite. Enable or disable auto-playback according to your preferences.
AI Image Generation
When you create a task or memo by voice, TAMSIV can automatically generate an illustrative image using AI. Choose from 4 styles: Flat, Minimalist, Realistic, or Watercolor. This option can be enabled in the voice recorder settings.
Assistant Customization
With Pro and Team plans, you can customize the AI's behavior by giving it specific instructions. For example: "Always respond concisely" or "Systematically add a reminder 1 hour before."
Conversation Quotas
Tip: The more precise your request, the more precise the AI will be. Don't hesitate to provide details: dates, times, reminders, priority — the AI understands everything.
