Memos and Notes
Memos are your free capture space. Unlike tasks, they don't have a due date or completion status — they are designed to capture ideas, meeting notes, reference lists, or anything worth keeping.
Create a Memo
Tap the + button in a binder and choose "Memo," or dictate your note into the voice recorder. AI automatically structures your text if you wish.
Rich Editor
The same powerful editor as for tasks: formatting (bold, italic, underline), bulleted and numbered lists, code blocks, and more. Perfect for structured notes.
Organization
- Priority (Low, Normal, High, Critical) to prioritize your notes
- Unlimited tags to find your memos by theme
- Custom color to visually distinguish your categories
- Filed in a binder for hierarchical organization
Sharing and Collaboration
Like tasks, memos can be private or shared with a group. Group members can react to and comment on your memos. Assign a memo to a specific member to notify them that it concerns them.
Attachments
Add photos, videos, and documents to your memos. Same size limits as for tasks, depending on your subscription plan.
Memo vs. Task: What's the difference?
Task: an action to be completed, with a deadline, reminders, a completion status, and possibly recurrence.
Memo: information to be kept, without time constraints. No due date, no reminders, no recurrence.
Tip: Use memos for anything that isn't an action: ideas, meeting notes, reference lists, instructions, recipes...
