Folder Organization

Folders allow you to easily store and find your tasks and memos, just like folders in a file explorer.

Create your folders

From the Folders page, create and organize your folders and subfolders. They will help you easily store and find your tasks and memos.

Navigate within a folder

Click on a folder to open it. You'll find 3 tabs: its subfolders, its tasks, and its memos. Navigate deeply into subfolders.

Create tasks and memos

From an open folder, tap the + button to create a task or a memo. The item will automatically be filed in this folder. You can also assign it to folder members.

Private vs. Collaborative

Switch between Private and Collaborative mode with the button at the top of the page. In Private mode, only your personal tasks and memos are visible. In Collaborative mode, items in a shared folder are visible to all members.

Read tracking

A colored badge on each folder indicates how many items you haven't viewed yet. Each member has their own tracking: once read, the badge disappears for you.

Tip: Press and hold a tab to move it and customize the display order.
