Folders and Groups
Folders are the backbone of organization in TAMSIV. They work like folders in a file explorer: create a tree structure, invite members, and share tasks, memos, and events in real time.
Hierarchical Tree Structure
Create folders and subfolders to structure your projects. The maximum depth depends on your plan: 2 levels (Free), 4 levels (Pro), 6 levels (Team). Each folder can contain subfolders, tasks, and memos.
Create a Folder
From the Folders tab, tap the + button to create a new folder. Give it a name, color, and icon. To create a subfolder, first open the parent folder and then add one inside.
Navigate a Folder
Tap a folder to open it. You'll find two tabs inside: its subfolders and its tasks/memos. Navigate deep into subfolders just like in a file explorer.
Private vs. Collaborative
Switch between Private and Collaborative mode with the selector at the top of the page. In Private mode, only your personal content is visible. In Collaborative mode, shared group items appear. The "All" mode displays both.
Roles and Permissions
Each group member has a role that determines their permissions.
- Owner: full control over the group, its members, and its content
- Admin (Pro/Team): can manage members and content
- Manager (Team): can manage content and assignments
- Member: can view and contribute to shared content
Read Tracking
A colored badge on each folder indicates how many items you haven't viewed yet. This tracking is individual: once an item is read, the badge disappears for you but remains visible for other members who haven't seen it yet.
Limits per Plan
Free: 20 folders, 2 levels deep, 10 members per group
Pro: 50 folders, 4 levels, 30 members per group
Team: unlimited folders, 6 levels, unlimited members
Tip: Press and hold a tab to move it and customize the display order (Pro/Team).
