## What TAMSIV does (in one minute)

TAMSIV solves the problem of capturing tasks and memos when typing is impractical (driving, cooking, walking, hands full). The user presses one button, speaks naturally ("Create a task to buy bread tonight and a memo about Marie's gift idea"), and the AI splits the utterance into two structured items: one task with a deadline, one memo, both placed in the relevant folder. The system supports group sharing so a family, team, or club can collaborate on the same lists in real time, with role-based access (Total, Edit, Read, no access).

## Differentiation

- **Voice first**: dictation is the primary input, not an add-on. The conversational AI uses function calling to create, update, or assign tasks, memos, and calendar events from natural speech.
- **Unlimited hierarchy**: tasks and memos live in folders nested up to 6 levels (Team plan). Comparable apps cap at 1-2 levels.
- **Real-time collaboration**: shared groups with granular permissions, comments on items, view tracking, assignments, and a "moderator" mode that prevents premature check-offs.
- **No competitor combines all three**: Todoist has hierarchy but limited voice and basic collaboration. Any.do has collaboration but no real voice. Google Keep is voice-capable but flat and not collaborative. Notion is hierarchical and collaborative but heavy and not voice-native.
